Our Starter ($79/mo), Growth ($199/mo), and Legacy ($499/mo) plans are billed monthly. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time with effect at the end of your current billing period.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all membership plans. To request a refund, email info@finwealthservice.com within 30 days of initial purchase.
Loan origination fees, investment management fees, insurance premiums, and tax preparation fees are separate from our membership plans and will be disclosed prior to engagement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class or representative action.
